school has been great.. today is the last day.. reminiscing back to first day. it seems as though we just started last week.. time flew fast wile having fun.. and it is.. its been a memorable first semester and hope this will continue.. guys.. its not the end of the journey.. its just the beginning of another.. been great working with you all.. joking in class with our facilitators..

few outstanding facilitators are mr wong (cognitive), yuen (comms) , mr raymond(enterprise) and also yi ling(comms for 1st month).. eu'll be remembered.. god knows when we will cross paths again.. but if we do.. drop a hi..

fellow friends in class... hazam, vanessa, denise, karenn, faizal, nani, laura, ming kwang.. eu guys are remembered always.. thanks for making the class as lively as possible with the jokes and laughter.. to the rest.. good luck for eur future endevours.. to our foreign friends.. eu'll be remembered.. hope we made a great environment for eu all.. keep in touch ya? to everyone in w15p.. numerous appologies to everyone should there be any bad/ hurt feelings in this 16 weeks aites?

ryan was working yesterday night.. til 2.. sms-ed dear but dear was already asleep.. emo-ed last night.. couldn't sleep well.. slept at 3.30 woke up a few times in the middle of the night.. thinking of eu.. worried about dear.. eventually woke up at 7.30..

ryan was out today with dear.. didnt meet for a day and the heart grows fonder.. how is ryan supposed to take it when he goes to genting for 3 days 2 nights?!?! OMG!! and its exactly after dear's birthday..!! should ryan ask dear along?? haiz.. went over to woodlands to meet dear in the morning.. dear was shocked to know that ryan was waiting at the void deck.. waited for about 2 hrs.. missing dear so much.. dear prepared and came down at about 12.. went off to town straight..

reached town at about 1.30.. tot eugenia coming town early.. but she reaching at 5.. argh!!! walked around town with dear awhile before meeting fiona and went off to catch SECRET!! haha.. at last.!! but ryan slept about halfway through.. too tired.. met eugenia at hereen and dinner-ed at far east.. went to shu hui's shop to slack and went to cine after that.. slacked at BK until 11.30.. train-ed home with dear..

well.. ryan's been watching alot of movies lately.. caught rush hour with jervic at bugis on tuesday.. midnight movie licence to wed at cine with yong an.. will give a review later ba.. perhaps catching secret later on at vivo? ya..

PLAY-ed on saturday night with jia le, eugenia, yong an, hellven, jarrett and alot more.. it was a great night.. haha.. a great end to the weekend.. well.. great mixes were played.. umbrella, fashionista, way i are, destination calabria and loads more.. party-ed the the night off.. reached home close to 6am..

been sick this few days.. visited the doc with yong an on friday and the doc said that it may be a CHEST INFECTION.. wth?!?! really need to cut down on smoking already.. well.. going x-ray scan this friday and we'll know for sure..

work has suck-ed for the past few days.. perhaps changing job.. it sucks to be working til the wee hours in the morning..

what's been happening in the mind of ryan?? well.. complicated-ness is all there is.. what is happening? confusion?? complicated?? complexity?? god knows.. just that ryan is not feeling the same way as he was few weeks back.. there's that weird feeling as though something is not right.. what is that?

ryan's been doing things without any reason and ryan has been acting weirdly.. its not the 7th month that's for sho'.. ryan's not buddhist.. ryan has not been feeling this way since months back.. and is it supposed to be a blessing?? or yet another torture?? is it supposed to make ryan feel good or bad..?? is it supposed to be yet another journey?? or a final destination..??

well.. confusion is all there is to it..

When the son came back, the mother immediately ate the food without a word. She stared at him.The son took a taste on his mother's food and spitted out immediately. He ranted at his wife," Didn't I told you that my mother cannot take too salty food?!" The wife shouted,"OK! She's your mum!You cook for her in future!"

After saying that, she stormed into their room angrily.Feeling helpless, the son told the mother,"Mum, don't eat this anymore. I will cook you a bowl of noodles."

The mother said, "Son, you have something to tell me? Don't keep everything to yourself."

Son:"Mum, I am going to get promoted soon and my upcoming working schedule will be very, very tight...and as for my wife...ummm...she said she will be going out to work...."

The mother understood what he meant and said in a begging manner, "Son, please don't send me to the Old Folks' Home.."

The son remained silent and tried to think of a good reason to persuade her mother.

Then he said," There is nothing wrong with the Old Folks' Home.Once my wife had gone out to work, no one will serve you as well as the Home which provides you meals and care.It would definitely much better than being at home."

The son went for a bath after that and went into the Study Room. He looked out from the windows and thought back and hesitated a while.... His mother has been remaining as a widow since she was young with him, and brought him up painstakingly, solely.

She tried all means to earn as much as she could, in order to support him in studying overseas.Yet she expected nothing nor used her past painful experience to threaten his son to be filial.

While now, his wife is threatening him with the stake of their marriage."Should I send my Mum to the Home?" He asked himself. "The only person who will accompany you till the end of your life would be your wife.." said a friend before.

"Your mother is in old age now, and if she's lucky, she might be able to live for a few more years longer.Why not be filial to her for this period of time? reminded by some relatives.

He was stuck in a dilemma. He did not want to think anymore, in order not to affect his decision.The son found a Home with high standards, built on a beautiful and tranquil mountain top. He told himself that he would feel much better when the more he spent.

When the son helped his mother into the lobby of the Home, the 42" TV was turned on. The programme shown on screen was a comedy. But no one was laughing.

A few old folks, dressed similarly in clothing, were sitting there,in a daze. There was one who was sitting improperly on a sofa, there was one who was bending down to pick up a piece of biscuit from the floor, there was one who was talking to himself...

The son knew that his mother likes sunlight, so he chose a room with ample sun rays shining into the room.By viewing out from the room, was a big piece of greenery scene. Few nurses were wheeling some old folks out for some fresh air.It was so pathetic of silence in the background. The sun would still need to set down. Soon it was dusk.

The son told the mother,"Mum, I am leaving." The mother waved to him to say goodbye, opening her toothless mouth..

He turned back to look at his mother. She was full of grey hair and wrinkled skin with deep set eyes...He found that she was really old. He remembered when he was six, due to some circumstances,his mother cannot bring him along with her thus temporarily placed him at a relatives home for few days. He recalled hugging his mother's thigh and begged her not to leave him alone.In the end, his mother never leave him alone and decide to stay with him. He stopped thinking and left.

When he returned home, his wife and his mother-in-law were busy discarding things from his mother's room, happily.One of the discarded item was his tall trophy which he won as First Prize when he was young. He wrote an essay on "MY MOTHER".

The second item discarded was a dictionary. That was the first gift from his mother,who scrimped and saved for a month in order to buy for him. He shouted,"Enough! Stop discarding anymore!"

His mother-in-law cried," There were so much rubbish. If don't discard, there would not be any place for my stuff.."

His wife continued,"Yeah! Need to dump away that old, stinky bed of your mum too. We will buy a new bed for my mum later,"

He saw some pictures from the stack..they were taken at a zoo and amusement park when his mother brought him there.

" These are precious belongings of my Mum! You can't discard them!" "What sort of attitude is this?I demand you to apologise to my Mum NOW!" ranted the wife. The husband said,"When I got married with you, that showed that I will love your Mum too. But why can't you do the same too?"

He went back to the Home and saw his mother weeping in between her frail legs. She was missing the moments when her son would apply ointment for her every night...

The son knelled before her and said,"Mum, here I come. I brought the ointment too."

The mother said," I will apply it myself, Son! You still need to work tomorrow. Go home, Son!"

Son said,"Mum, please forgive me! Let's go home!"

its most probably taken from those chain mails. but the message is still there. love your parents for they love you unconditionally.

the last part when the mother still asked the son to go home really touched me close to tears. it showed how much she loved him, and how much she was willing to sacrifice for him. children might never even sacrifice that much for their parents.

i've thought of the future before. how easy it would be to chuck my parents aside. i wouldn't need to take care of the old folks, and wouldn't need to spend so much money. but then i think back at all the times they have loved and cared for me. how they took care of me when i fell sick when i was little. how they bought me what i wanted. how they took care of me and loved and sheltered me.

and i don't think i can live with the memory of dumping them. i wouldnt be able to live with the guilt, not after how much they have sacrificed for me. i wouldn't dump them for anything. its my responsibility to look after them anyway isn't it?

so.. the bottom line is, pls love your parents. have a good day. (:

today is such a boring day.. for one.. FORCED to rott at home by 2 people- boss and jervy!!

well.. was working today at 1 but ryan was late as usual(whadd'ya expect? he's GOH!!) haha.. on the way to work was sms-ing jervy.. out of a sudden.. ryan was coughing out blood.. WTH?!?! jervy was like.. "no need go work la.. cough blood stil go work.." have to.. no one can replace the shift..

reached at 1.30.. they were like.. why late again.. the moment ryan spoke a word.. the next thing he knows.. ryan was coughing blood out.. boss was like.. so sick still come work?!?! WTFH?!?! ryan was there cos no one could replace ryan's shift and there eu are asking why was ryan there?!?! worked til 6 den boss was like.. "eh.. i think eu go home.. i can handle it".. ARGH!! why do eu need to make ryan's life hard?!?!couldnt eu just tell it over the phone when ryan called?? WTH?!?!

told jervy and he was like.. "go home and rest".. rest?!? more like rot.. reached home at 7.30.. moved the $2000 sound system into ryan's room.. haha.. cos mom said no one was using it.. so before ryan's idiotic elder bro knows about the availability of the sound system.. ryan took the chance to shift it in first.. so.. NO MORE SHIFTING!! haha..

finished shifting the stuff at around 8.. was rotting in front of MSN since then.. thankies to yong an, shalom, joey for accompanying ryan.. now half rotted liao.. soon to rott fully.. just wait.. hahah~ LAMESHIT !!

Besides yesterday being Singapore's birthday.. it was also a day that was of no emotion.. for one.. ryan woke up with cough, flu and fever.. its been awhile since he fell sick.. and it came at this moment in time.. was supposed to reach raffles place at 8am for work but reached at 9.30.. boss was kp-ing but ryan didnt care.. ryan wasnt even working well.. he was pulling a long face the whole day.. til 3pm when he knocked off..

on the way home he was thinking of what to do on this "birthday".. but it seems as though no one cared anyways.. drove past bugis, ang mo kio.. everyone was doing everything as per normal.. just like another typical day.. as if there's no big occasion.. haha.. wierd! went home to change and SUPPOSEDLY go out to watch fireworks.. wanted to go with jervy but he was busy with deadlines. *told eu to come RP*.. sms-ed cynthia.. she was also sick.. cough.. well.. we supposed to meet at 7 at jurong east mrt den she changed plan out of a sudden to meet at Yew Tee .. she reached at 7.30.. WTH?! fireworks finished liao wor.. but we went city hall still.. reached there and there was alot of people.. her friends la.. wth?! thought i'm 15? YA~ ! RIGHT! wanna try me issit??

went for dinner at hong kong cafe.. how was it? one word.. BAD!! the service was darn fcuked up... food was tasteless and cynthia puked.. yes.. PUKED!! with the soup and spaghetti.. all out.. ryan had baked rice but it was kinda tasteless.. ate half and had fries instead.. THAT IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME RYAN WILL STEP INTO THERE!! still prefer cafes at CHIJMES.. nicest.. haha..

slacked at PS until we meet another friend darryl.. supposedly we SHOULD have slacked until 12 but she dragged both of us to ton.. went off to marina south for bowling and pool.. it was darn boring la.. ryan and darryl was so bored we slept.. sms-ed jervy and he wasnt sleeping yet.. pia-ing assignment.. lols.. ryan and darryl went down to jervy's place at kallang to stay for the rest of the night.. and JERVY! DONT START AITES!?!?! haha(: woke up at 8.. jervy left for school, darryl left for m'sia and ryan left for home.. yes.. home sweet home.. haaha.. sms-ed jervy until batt low..

reached home and settled jervy's assignment for him as he needed to submit it before 11am.. send him jiu go sleep le.. woke up with cough. fever and flu.. WTH ?! looks like no clubbing liao tonight.. darn it! well.. there's always next week.. haha(: well take care aites? see ya!

well.. ryan hasnt been doing much.. the usual going-to-school-and-back routine.. yupp.. really no life rite? haha.. well, today was different.. ryan went to watch ALONE today.. yupp.. that movie.. haha.. he went with jervic, CA and evon..

well before an unofficial review on that.. CA's mom is out of the hospital.. yupp.. went to visit her at tan tock seng hospital.. she looks fine and was discharged today.. we went down to VIVO to meet them at 2.30.. decided to watch the 4.20pm movie.. it was darn packed.. we sat on the seat 4th row from the front, at the side.. basically D-01 to D-04.. yupp.. it was really at the side.. went in.. this bunch of guys was sitting on our seat.. wth?

well.. that show was a horror man.. haha.. darn scary.. the effects were those in-eur-face kind.. wow.. sudden man.. haha.. and jervic was LAUGHING throughout the movie?? WTH?? haha.. finished and bus-ed down to plaza singapura for dinner den went home..

now feeling sick cos of SMOKING! WTH?!?! having sore throat and feverish.. okok.. people have been advising ryan to quit smoking but its not as simple as it sounds aites? though ryan did it twice before.. the temptation got the better of him.. hmm.. well.. wanted it to go back to the times when there was a tight control on ryan's smoking.. haiz.. those days.. sadly.. will never return.. yupp.. have to make do.. slowly ba.. ryan has learnt a lesson or two from this incident.. yupp..

well.. after being pestered to blog.. here it is.. darn eu guys.. hahah..

well. ryan has been busy working.. yupe.. his life is darn BORING..!! and its boring.. and if its not boring.. ryan is busy.. busy not fishing.. hahah..

hmm.. work at 12 today.. but reached at 1.. but with the lack of sales.. ryan's shift changed from M2(12pm-8pm) to M3(2pm-10pm).. wth?! hahah.. but got to leave at 8pm.. after much pestering done to my boss.. haha..

well.. reminiscing the past time of going to sentosa today.. haha.. it was fun.. went to sentosa with 3 different groups on 3 different occasions.. first was with wee long, ting wei and the bishan park sec guys and girls.. it was fun.. played bball 3/4 of the time and sad to say, played sand.. haha..

second was with jeremy, chun leong, jeremy.. reaching at 8am at siloso beach!! hahah.. darn fun.. just soaking in the sea.. chatting and sharing probs..

well.. ryan has been working for the past few weeks and it was time for him to let loose and what better way then to go out and have fun with a bunch of close cliques!! haha well.. new experiences comes with having a new clique of friends.. People say that we should network while we're young.. well.. life is full of different kinds of people and ryan believes that we should not stick to a single clique but have a wider network of friends..

well.. besides that.. ryan also went to woodgrove sec's performance at RP.. yupe.. ryan's ex-sec school.. its been awhile since ryan went for the school's performance as the last one was the band performance at Singapore Conference Hall last year.. this was the only time for him to catch up with some juiors and well.. there were a few.. ryan thought that the performance was only by woodgrove sec but there was actually 5 schools there.. 2 sec and 3 pri schools.. ryan also took few pics..

well.. met up with jimmy at yishun mrt station at 11 to go club together.. reached and found out that jervic couldnt join us cos of the IC problem.. haiz.. wasted.. but it wasnt good that.. there were not many people who caught ryan's eye.. haha.. bumped into cynthia there!! haha its been darn long since ryan met her la.. and had to see her in the club.. ahaha.. well.. she was with her group la.. and also met calli, andrea, kenneth, yongan and few more people.. haha.. IMRAN!! lols.. was there until 3 den left for home..

reached home at 4.30.. showered and settle some stuff.. slept at 5.. and what's the best part.. ryan woke up at 6AM!!!cos working at 7am.. ryan literally dragged himself our from bed la.. reached work 5 mins late.. typical of ryan and the whole company knows that.. no big deal right?? it was so darn tiring la.. RYAN WILL NEVER CLUB THE NIGHT BEFORE A WORKING DAY!! it is so darn torturing..!! hahah..

well.. next week.. NDP week.. ryan working 5 out of 7 days.. in total working 7 out of 10 days.. its gonna be so darn tiring.. dunno if ryan should go clubbing.. haha.. we'll see ya.. well.. ryan's gonna turn in.. he's working at 12 tmr and he's severely lacking in sleep.. hahah.. takkire.. nights..!!(:
